Can I exchange my order? 
Yes, unused items may be exchanged. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible for covering additional shipping charges related to exchanges, as long as the item was not delivered damaged.

If you are exchanging for a more expensive item, the difference will be charged to your credit card. If exchanging for a cheaper item, the difference will be refunded to your credit card. 

Before shipping the replacement item, the original item must arrive back at the warehouse. Please contact customer service to process your exchange here.


Can I return my order? 
Yes, any unused products can be returned. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible for covering additional shipping charges related to exchanges, as long as the item was not delivered damaged. Refunds for the cost of the product will be made after the product has arrived back at the warehouse. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

 

What if my product is damaged?
Damaged products may be exchanged at no cost, or returned for a full refund (including shipping). Please contact customer service to process your refund for damaged products here.

 

How long does shipping take? 
In stock items ship within 1-2 business days then take an additional 1-5 business days in transit depending on your location. These days represent the best estimates of our fulfillment partners. Occasionally delays may occur due to weather or peak demand, or while items are temporarily out of stock.

 

Are products made in the United States? 
Yes, all products are 100% made in the USA and union-printed.
